Hello, I'm Phil Stott, the heart and hands behind the Colour & Discover series.
Ever since I was a child, I’ve been fascinated by two things: the vibrant freedom of a blank page, and the thrilling stories hidden in the world around us. As a lifelong lover of art and learning, I’ve always believed that curiosity is one of the most beautiful gifts we can give a child. I started these books because I wanted to create a space where creativity and discovery could exist together - where colouring isn’t just about staying within the lines, but about sparking wonder, asking questions, and seeing the world in new, vibrant ways.
I believe learning should feel like play, and creativity should be a gateway to wonder. Each illustration is carefully crafted not just to be coloured, but to be wondered about. Every fun fact is chosen to surprise, delight, and spark a conversation.
